SignalCraft · Call intelligence for sales performance

We pull the signal out of the sales call.

SignalCraft builds the systems that turn everyday sales conversations into something you can measure, coach, and actually get better at, one call at a time.

Designed & built by Adam Elfers

The idea

Sales performance is invisible. We make it something you can see.

Agency owners are flying blind, guessing which agents are building the business and which are quietly burning through lead spend. SignalCraft turns the call itself into data, the data into coaching, and the coaching into a habit that compounds. Practice, perform, feedback: one loop.

01 · Measure

Score the call

Every conversation read against the framework that actually closes, so you can see the one moment a call turned, not a wall of numbers.

02 · Develop

Drill the gap

The weak moments become daily reps agents choose to open: rehearse, record, get coached, before the next real call, not on it.

03 · Compound

Get better with use

A system tuned on a team's own calls and history, one that's worth more the longer they use it, and can't be walked out the door.

The approach

A sales call is a performance. We train it like one.

Every serious art already cracked the problem sales never has: how do you get reliably great in a live, one-shot moment? Not by reading about it. By practicing it. Musicians loop the one bar that trips them until it's automatic. Actors run the cues until the line lands without thinking. Artists draw the same form a hundred times until it clicks. Rehearse, perform, hear yourself back, adjust.

Loop the hard barLoop the hard beat of the script
Run your linesRehearse the call, then perform it
Hear the take backListen to your reps, back to back
Refine, back to the topAdjust, and run the whole call again

Sales has mostly been "trained" by shadowing and vibes. SignalCraft takes the training methods the arts have refined for generations (reps, looping the hard passage, cue drills, rehearse-then-perform, listening back) and points them at a sales call.

In the field

The engine's first home is life insurance.

Escensus

A SignalCraft deployment

Escensus is a deployment of the SignalCraft scoring engine into the life-insurance space, in pilot as of July 2026.

The same engine is built to travel to any team whose results ride on the quality of its conversations. Life insurance is simply where it starts.

The maker

Adam Elfers is the builder and founder behind SignalCraft. He designed and built the product, the training experience, and the call-scoring engine, from conception to deployment.

His roots are in music, the performing arts, and spoken-word poetry, disciplines built on rehearsal, repetition, and the honest feedback of hearing yourself back. That's where the products come from: the idea that a sales call can be trained like a performance, with the same tools that make musicians and actors reliable when it counts. It's why the products loop, cue, and record the way they do.

For Adam, education is the family trade. His grandfather and father founded training institutions (a Dayton broadcasting college and a network of medical-massage schools still operating across Ohio) that trained more than ten thousand between them, and his mother taught public school for more than thirty years. Combined his family has more than a century in education, all told. Making a skill, like sales, learnable at scale, is the trade Adam grew up inside, and is carried on through his products.

Today, SignalCraft is the studio that work lives under: a place to build the systems, products and partner with the people who can bring this work to the agencies that need it.

Provenance. The SignalCraft platform and its call-scoring engine are the original, independent work of Adam Elfers. Every deployment or white-label instance is a skin over that same owned system.
